How to Make a New Mom a Meal

Lady, I was walking on the frontage road behind our house last night, thinking about writing an article for the blog about how to make a new mom a meal. And then, without writing a single word, I came across a marvelous article on this very topic, by a lady I've never met but who writes with sparkle and humor and kindness. Looooove it.

Here's just a sliver of her been-there-lived-that brilliance: "I’ve written about this previously, but one of my strongest opinions about postpartum meal prep is that breakfast should be priority numero uno.

I found that for me, having something quick to grab and warm up in the morning was essential (honestly…many months later, it still is). If we needed to make arrangements for or cook dinner in the early postpartum days, there was time in the day to plan for that. However, time was much more limited between waking up and needing to eat."

Hey Lady!

What if you could love who you become during postpartum? What if postpartum wasn't a default time, but a window of opportunity, an experience you could enter into on purpose? Here, you'll find articles I've written for various outlets, exploring the answers to these questions.

Let the posts come to you.
