Hey Lady!

What if you could love who you become during postpartum?

My name is Anne Marie, and I'm a mom of 5 kids aged 9 and under, with one miscarried baby. Like you, I love my children deeply and want to give them my very best. Maybe also like you, I used to fear the postpartum period, with all its accompanying hormonal shifts and transitions and stressors (whether you're going from 0 to 1 kid, 1 kid to 2 kids, etc.).

Over the years, I've come to see postpartum as its own window of opportunity, not just the inglorious, messy leftovers of labor and birth. Postpartum is challenging, agreed, but it doesn't have to be a case study in overwhelm (yes, even if you don't have the support you need...yet) or a guaranteed drain on your mental health (even if it was last time).

Things can change. You can grow.

There are two main ways I help you love who you become during postpartum:

1) bite-sized weekly podcast episodes on topics ranging from postpartum family planning to what to look for in a pelvic floor physical therapist or what to expect at your first lactation appointment, plus guest episodes hosted by other moms sharing their experience being PP with twins, or after stillbirth or with preeclampsia.

2) articles I've written (plus a couple guest spots on other podcasts) on various aspects of postpartum, drawing on my years of experience as a nurse, fertility awareness enthusiast, and former Managing Editor for Natural Womanhood.

I'm so glad you're here. Let's do postpartum on purpose.
