Ep 96 Postpartum Book Review: Rattled

  • Jun 17
  • 1 min read

Hi Lady! In this episode, I'm reviewing Rattled: How to Calm New Mom Anxiety with the Power of the Postpartum Brain, by psychologist Nicole Amoyal Pensak. I highlight the reasons I recommend every pregnant or postpartum mom at least borrow, maybe buy, this one. Bonus, I'm offering a "wine and cheese" pairing and a "wine + cheese + chocolate" pairing option of two other books I think would be great reads alongside Rattled, with excerpts from each.

The other books: M is for Mama: A Rebellion Against Mediocre Motherhood by Abbie Halberstadt and Jesus, I Trust in You: A 30-Day Personal Retreat with the Litany of Trust by Sr. Faustina Maria Pia, SV.
