What to Do for Postpartum Insomnia

Sometimes, it's not sleep deprivation, it's insomnia occurring during postpartum. The major difference is that with sleep deprivation, you're being awakened or kept awake by baby's needs: a diaper change, a feeding, etc. With insomnia, baby doesn't need you, but you're still unable to fall asleep, or stay asleep for long.
